Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. It must also be in the original packaging. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Details of the faulty item/s should be sent to. Once you have made contact, we will advise you of the next steps to be taken. Photos will need to be provided to support this claim. If, in the rare instance, the item you receive is incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt of your order. We will be in contact with you to arrange payment of shipping. In this instance, free shipping does not apply. In the case of an exchange, return postage costs back to us and the subsequent reposting of the replacement back to you, will be at your expense. Approved credit amounts will be for the price of the item only. If your return is accepted, we will issue you with a store credit.
